All shipping and Handling fees are non refundable and do not include the time frame for the construction of the suit.  Swimwear can take up to 15 business days to produce depending on the time of year.  Check the information bar to the bottom left where it will have up to date construction time.

Orders received after 12:00 pm Pacific Time will be started on  the following business day.  Make sure you provide complete billing and shipping information to avoid a possible delay in the delivery.

 

Tracking  ▼

As soon as your order has been shipped, Canada post will send a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number and link. You can track your order with either Canada post or United States Postal Service.  If you are in the USA and your package has already cleared customs it is much easier to track with USPS.com as they give you a much more detailed account of where your package is. Please provide complete billing and shipping information to avoid a possible delay in the delivery of your package.

 

 
Rush Orders  ▼

Can it be done?

 

Absolutely need your order ASAP? We can do it! For an additional rush fee of  $25.00  per item ordered or $45.00 per one piece suit, we can produce your order within 3 bus days from the time you place your order ( When order is received before 12:00 in the afternoon that day Pacific Standard Time)  If your order is placed after 12:00 in the afternoon it will take us 4 Bus Days . If you are a U.S customer, you can also select to have your order shipped with Purolator one or two day .  You can select the Rush Order check mark from each ordering page, which will automatically add it to your cart!

We will not be processing Rush Orders that have been placed between  Feb 15th to Feb 25th  due to Company inventory week!  We will be using the standard 7-9 business days construction

Duties  ▼

US & INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

Your order may be subject to import duties ,which are charged once your package reaches your country. Zenaswimwear does not collect duties. If you do incur these additional charges, you might be presented with an invoice which you are responsible for. For more information regarding your country's custom's policies, please contact your local customs office.

CANADIAN CUSTOMERS:

We are required by law to charge tax Within Canada. No duties are charged on shipments within Canada.


US & INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

Zenaswimwear does not collect taxes for orders delivered to addresses in the U.S. or abroad.

Small Packets

A claim can only be put in after 30 business days has elapsed. Small Packets is only insurable for up to 100$ and the shipment is not traceable. If your item is worth over 100$ we unfortunately will only be able to credit you 100$.

Expedited

 

A claim can only be put in after 30 business days has elapsed. Expedited shipping is insurable for the full amount of your purchase including the shipping amount.

Xpresspost

 

CANADIAN CUSTOMERS:

A claim can be put in after 4 business days from your ship date. If lost, your shipment is insurable for the full amount of your purchase including the shipping.


US/INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:  

A claim can be put in after 7 business days from your ship date. If lost, your shipment is insurable for the full amount of your purchase including the shipping.

Purolator

 

US & INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:  

A claim can be put in after 3 business days from your shipment date. If lost your shipment is insurable for the full amount of your purchase including your shipping.

 If you would like a replacement suit we have to wait until your claim is complete and have received a credit on our account. It can take up to 10 business days for your claim to come thru after the process below has been completed.
