   All of our items are Residential Signature Required!  We do not ship to P.O. Boxes! 

Unfortunately we are not able to ship with any other type of shipping methods than stated on our website due the the fact that we have had a few fraudulent charges.  Without the signature we are not able to prove the item has been delivered. This will cover Zenaswimwear and you as a customer.

 

All shipping methods do not include the time frame for the construction of the suit.  Swimwear can take up to 15 business days to produce depending on the time of year.  Check the information bar to the bottom left where it will have up to date construction time.

Orders received after 12:00 pm Pacific Time will be started on  the following business day.  Make sure you provide complete billing and shipping information to avoid a possible delay in the delivery.

Can it be done?

 

Absolutely need your order ASAP? We can do it! For an additional rush fee of  $25.00  per item ordered or $45.00 per one piece suit, we can produce your order within 3 bus days from the time you place your order (received before 12:00 in the afternoon that day Pacific Standard Time) 

If your order is placed after 12:00 in the afternoon it will take us 4 Bus Days.  Select the Rush Order check mark from each ordering page, which will automatically add it to your cart!

As soon as your order has been shipped, Canada post  or Purolator will send a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number and link.

Sales Taxes, Duties and Brokerage Fees.  ▼

 

CANADIAN CUSTOMERS:

There is no brokerage or duty within Canada.  We are required by law to charge tax on our items within Canada, which is reflected in your invoice.

 

US & INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

Your order may be subject to import duties ,which are charged once your package reaches your country. Zenaswimwear does not collect duties. If you do incur these additional charges, you might be presented with an invoice which you are responsible for. For more information regarding your country's custom's policies, please contact your local customs office.

 

US & INTERNATIONAL SALES TAXES, DUTIES AND BROKERAGE FEES
The customer shall pay to Purolator or its designated customs broker (where applicable) any and all goods and services taxes (or any other similar taxes imposed with respect to the services provided, whether characterized as goods and services tax, sales tax, value added tax, business transfer tax or otherwise) (hereinafter referred to as “Sales Taxes”) so that Purolator or its designated customs broker is fully reimbursed by the customer as required by law. In addition to Sales Taxes, the customer shall pay to Purolator or its designated customs broker (where applicable) any and all brokerage fees, surcharges, customs and duties assessments (hereinafter referred to as “Duties”) related to shipments tendered to Purolator by the customer.

All of our Packages are Signature Required.  After first Delivery attempt Canada post will leave a card in your mailbox for you to pick your item up at the nearest service center noted. 

 

If lost, Unless you have purchased full insurance at the checkout stage, your shipment will only be  covered  for $100.00  including your shipping.  This will be noted on your invoice.

 

 

Purolator Overnight

 

All of our packages are signature required.  Purolator will attempt to reschedule delivery 2 additional times after first attempt.  You can Call them to reschedule a drop-off or you can pick it up at their shipping center.  1.888.SHIP-123 (1-888-744-7123)

 

If lost, Unless you have purchased full insurance at the checkout stage, your shipment will only be  covered  for $100.00  including your shipping.  This will be noted on your invoice.

What to do If shipment is Lost.  
Fill out our Claim a lost package Form, and we will then on your behalf Claim your package thru the service that you used.  This Claim will take between 5-15 days and once we get the claim we will reimburse you the monies owing.

 

US & INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

Purolator Express:

 

Purolator Canada works together with UPS in the USA.  They hand over the shipment to UPS once it clears the customs border. 

 

All of our packages are signature required.  Purolator / UPS will attempt to reschedule delivery 2 additional times after first attempt.  You can Call them to reschedule a drop-off or you can pick it up at one of their nearest shipping centers.

If lost, Unless you have purchased full insurance at the checkout stage, your shipment will only be  covered  for $100.00  including your shipping. This will be noted on your invoice.

Fill out our Claim a lost package Form, and we will then on your behalf Claim your package thru the service that you used.  This Claim will take between 5-15 days and once we get the claim we will reimburse you the monies owing.

 IMPORTANT: If by chance, your Purolator item gets shipped back to us because you didn't pick up your item or weren't home after the 3rd attempt at delivery: we will charge your credit card the amount that we get charged for the return, and reshipment  (including duty and brokerage charges).

 If you would like a replacement suit we have to wait until your claim is complete and have received a credit on our account. It can take up to 15  business days for your claim to come thru after the process below has been completed.
