IMPORTANT: If by chance, your Purolator item gets shipped back to us because you didn't pick up your item or weren't home after the 3rd attempt at delivery: we will charge your credit card the amount that we get charged for the return, and reshipment  (including duty and brokerage charges).

 If you would like a replacement suit we have to wait until your claim is complete and have received a credit on our account. It can take up to 15  business days for your claim to come thru after the process below has been completed.
